- Lo dejaremos a fuego. Lento unos 1o minutos listo a disfrutar yo lo suelo acompañar con arroz basmati con un poco de cilantro muy picadito mezclado con hierbabuena, ya puestos hacemos honor al plato con ese tipo de arroz que todos conocemos su origen
