- Con ayuda de una espátula o con las manos húmedas extender la carne en el papel de film e ir enrollando con cuidado que no se salga por los lados.
- Finalmente cerramos los laterales con unas pinzas de cierre hermético, gomas o hilos. Repetir con la otra mitad de carne.
- Hervir 35-45 minutos u horno 45 minutos. Yo lo tuve hirviendo en una cacerola a fuego lento alrededor de 40 minutos.

- Una vez cocinado dejar templar fuera y llevar a la nevera. 5 horas más tarde retirar el plástico, trocear y disfrutar!!!
