- En el momento de echar el arroz lo podemos distribuir rápidamente por la paella, pero es importante no removerlo a partir de aquí si no queremos que salga gachoso.
- Debemos calcular unos 17 minutos. A partir de los 7 podemos añadir el pimiento fríto por encima y a partir de los 15 deberíamos estar atentos por si la cosa se desmadra con el caldo ¿sobra? ¿Falta?.
