Hoy os traigo yo una receta sencilla y que a lo mejor muchos de vosotr@s habréis hecho, pero la comparto tal y como yo la hago 😉

  1. En una sartén, echar un buen chorreón de aceite y cocinar el ajo y la cebolla (Yo uso los de Mercadona por agilizar un poco, ya que viene troceado todo) y rehogamos.
  2. Troceamos las pechugas de pollo y a continuación, echamos los trozos junto a los champis. Y rehogamos un poco más para que coja sabor todo. Los champis los echo enteros, pero eso es al gusto. Los podéis cortar si os apetece.
  3. Cuando ya estén los trozos de pechuga hechos, añado el arroz. El de la receta es el que no se pasa de Mercadona (Vaporizado). Podéis usar este si queréis dejar la comida hecha y comer más tarde. Ya le tengo la cantidad cogida y echo 2 vasos y medio y el doble de agua. Antes de echar el agua, suelo remover el arroz con los demás ingredientes para que coja más sabor.
  4. Después de echar el agua (podéis usar caldo de verduras o pollo si lo preferís) ya sólo es dejar cocinar, hasta que este hecho y el arroz chupe todo el agua. Este arroz vaporizado, pide por lo menos 20 minutos más o menos. Ahora es cuando yo le echo el Tomate frito y la sal. El tomate simplemente es para que coja algo de color.
  5. Cuando ya veáis, que esta hecho, (id probándolo) a modo de decoración le pongo huevo duro por encima. Uso los de Mercadona, los que ya es tan cocidos (soy fan de algunos productos de Mercadona, como podéis ver😜😜)
