  5. Cuando la pota esté tierna y las almejas abiertas echamos el arroz. Yo pongo un puño generoso por persona y le añado el caldo de hervir las cáscaras de las gambas colado, un poco de sal y cocer. Las gambas las pongo ya cuando el arroz está casi hecho, si no, encogen demasiado.
