- Empezamos por hacer la salsa con la que vamos a pintar el pollo y las patatas. En un bol añadimos una cucharada (pequeña)de pimentón picante; una cucharada pequeña de hierbas provenzales ; un poco de sal y dos cucharadas de aceite.(esta salsa se prepara a medida que se acabe exactamente con las mismas porciones)La reservamos para utilizar después.

- Cogemos las patatas las pelamos, lavamos y hacemos unos cortes sin llegar a partir (tipo acordeón)y las bañamos en la salsa una por una y reservamos en un recipiente (recordad si se necesita más salsa se hace con la mismas porciones)

- Cogemos el pollo y hacemos lo mismo que con las patatas con ayuda de un pincel o de las manos pintamos por delante y por detrás los trozos de pollo y reservamos en un recipiente(el recipiente lo untamos con un poco de aceite) y reservamos en la nevera durante 30 minutos.

- Pasados los 30 minutos ya podemos sacar el recipiente de pollo de la nevera e introducir las patatas que teníamos reservadas en él.Ahora calentamos el horno a 240° unos 10 minutos y ya podemos introducir el recipiente en el horno dejar a unos 200° durante 30 minutos dar la vuelta al pollo y 30 minutos más y listo para comer.!!!(la temperatura del horno y el tiempo varía según cada modelo así que ir mirando para que no se queme)
