  4. Cuando les quede poco añade el pollo, las especias más o menos a ojo según preferencia (mejor quedarse corto que pasarse e ir ajustando) y sal al gusto y un chorro de salsa de soja(opcional)
  5. Poner a hacer el cuscús según las instrucciones del envase. Es fácil, para 2 personas: hervir medio vaso de agua (125-150ml), cuando hierva retirar del fuego y añadir mismo volumen de cuscús hasta que se absorba el agua entero.
  6. Antes de acabar las verduras y combinar todo me gusta echarle un chorrito de agua y frotar el fondo de la sartén con una cuchara de palo para que suelte todo lo rico que se ha quedado pegado y haga salsita.
  7. Combinar verduras y cuscús, empatar y acabar con unas rodajitas de limón y unas hojas de perejil fresco.
