- Mientras que el arroz se vaya haciendo, que tardará unos 20 minutos a fuego medio, es importante que vayamos removiendo y echando más caldo de pollo si vemos que falta.
- Cuando vemos que el arroz está al dente apartamos del fuego y dejamos reposar y... voilà!
