  1. Los ingredientes depende de la cantidad de personas, si no le echáis menos. También depende de cuanto coman.
  2. Se cortan las pechugas de pollo en trocitos y la salpimentamos con sal y pimienta.
  3. Cogemos una sartén y le echamos un chorreoncito de aceite. Cuando esté caliente echamos los trocitos de pollo a fuego fuerte, que se vaya dorando lo de fuera pero que no se queme.
  4. Cuando ya estén doraditos los 2 lados, sacamos los trocitos y apartamos. En la misma sartén hacer un sofrito con la cebolla y el pimiento cortado en trocitos, le echamos un poco de sal al refrito. Si queréis lo movemos un poco de vez en cuando, que no se pegue a fuego medio. Cuando esté la cebolla y el pimiento un poco blando lo pasamos al vaso de la batidora y lo batimos junto a la nata de cocinar.
  5. Cuando ya hayamos batido la nata con el refrito lo echamos a la sartén donde lo hicimos, y echamos también la carne de pollo. Echamos la cucharadita de curry, lo movemos un poco y dejamos a fuego flojito 15 o 20 minutos hasta que espese un poco la nata. Probar como está de sal y pimienta por si os hace falta.
