- Cuando esté lista la masa, sácala y hazle 4 o 5 pliegues y dale la vuelta. Enharina la encimera y el rodillo con el que vayas a estirarla

- Estírala con pases del rodillo hacia fuera, hacia cada lado posible. Debe quedar finita, de un par de milímetros
- Precalienta el horno a 200ºC y ponla sobre la bandeja del horno forrada con papel de hornear
- Píntala con tomate triturado, natural o frito. Luego añade el queso y termina con el puerro lavado y a rodajas, el filete de pollo troceado, las rodajas de calabacín y las aceitunas negras
- Hornéala 12 minutos a 200º C

- Sácala, espolvoréala con orégano seco al gusto, córtala y déjala enfriar un poquito y al ataque!!!
