- Lo primero que hacemos es picar los pimientos la cebolla cortada a la juliana, la zanahoria y el pollo.


- A continuación echamos 5 cucharadas de aceite de girasol en una sartén (en la que nos entren las verduras), freímos las almendras y reservamos.

- Salpimentamos el pollo y en la misma sartén freímos el pollo hasta que coja color y lo reservamos de nuevo.

- En la misma sartén, añadimos los pimientos y la zanahoria,podemos añadir un poco más de aceite si lo vemos necesario después de unos minutos añadimos la cebolla.

- Cuando las verduras están casi en su punto, ponemos a hervir el agua para echar los fideos.
- Mientras se terminan de hacer los espaguetis añadimos el pollo, las almendras y un poco de salsa de soja removemos bien para que vaya cogiendo sabor.



- Y una vez todo bien mezclado, echamos poco a poco los espaguetis y le podemos ir añadiendo salsa soja a nuestro gusto.
