  12. En la misma sartén que hemos hecho el sofrito, añadiremos un chorrito de aceite y freiremos la cebolla que habíamos reservado. Añadir la harina y mover manteniendo en el fuego durante 3 o 3 minutos. Añadir la leche y un poquito de sal, mover y hervir durante 2 o 3 minutos y regar los canelones
  13. Meter la bandeja en el horno durante 10 minutos o hasta que se hayan dorado
  14. Emplatar
