Yo siempre pongo una cuchara para saber si está bien de agua para que no quede esponjoso. (Por cada 2 vasos de arroz se añaden 3 de agua). Tapamos con una tapa cuando el arroz se haya secado y bajamos el fuego al mínimo. Dejamos que se haga 10 minutos
