  4. Cuando rompa en hervor agregar el queso y seguir removiendo por unos 3 minutos más y listo. Para servir colocar como base una hoja de lechuga, encima las rodajas de papa y sobre eso verter el ají de gallina, colocar la mitad de huevo encima junto a una aceituna y al perejil (opcional).
