- Cortamos las pechugas en trozos de bocado.
En un bol ponemos salsa de soja, el azúcar y el jengibre mezclamos bien. Ponemos el pollo y removemos bien que quede todo impregnado. No hace falta que cubra de líquido pero que esté bien impregnado.
Dejamos marinar mínimo 30 minutos. - Todo lo haremos en la misma cazuela, así que tiene que ser lo suficientemente grande para que quepan todos los ingredientes.

- Escurrimos el pollo y lo salteamos a fuego vivo hasta que cambie de color, añadimos las verduras y almendras que teníamos reservadas y damos dos vuetas. Agregamos el líquido de la marinada y un poco de caldo de pollo (o agua o mitad y mitad) hasta que casi cubra el pollo pero.nondel todo.
