- PARA LAS PATATAS CREMOSAS. Pelamos y cortamos las patatas. En una olla grande, las ponemos a cocer con la leche, un chorrito de aceite, la sal y las cayenas.


- Las dejamos cocinarse hasta que estén blanditas.


- PARA EL POLLO AL RIBEIRO. Fileteamos las pechugas, las enharinamos ligeramente y las salpimentamos.


- En un wok, doramos los filetes de pechuga.
