Cuando se vea que el refrito está hecho, incorporamos el pollo, vino y al evaporarse el alcohol echamos el arroz, se sofríe un poco, echamos unos 600 ml de agua, cúrcuma, las habas y las alcachofas, que cocerán con el arroz. Bajamos el fuego al 7 de 9 y tapado, dejamos que se haga, estará en unos 20 o 25 minutos. Probamos.
