- Añadimos con las setas y le ponemos la pastilla de avecrem, el vino y el caldo. Tapamos y dejamos reducir


- Cuando tengamos la pasta cocida, tarda unos 9 min. La escurrimos y reservamos

- Cuando tengamos la carne y las setas listas y se haya reducido el caldo y el vino añadimos la pasta y mezclamos muy bien, le añadimos la salsa de soja y el perejil y a comer!

- Lo ideal es comerlo en el momento porque está mucho más rico, pero también podemos congelar o conservar en la nevera para comer más tarde o al día siguiente. A mi me sobró un poquito y los guardé para cenar
