  4. Disponemos tres platos, uno con harina, otro con el huevo batido y el último con pan rallado. Pasamos nuestros filetes rellenos por harina, luego por huevo y finalmente por pan rallado. Ya tenemos nuestros san jacobos casi listos, sólo queda freirlos. Yo os recomiendo meterlas 15 minutos en el frigorífico para que compacte el rebozado.
  5. Ponemos una sartén al fuego con dos dedos de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos nuestros san jacobos. Yo los hago 30 segundos a fuego alto y luego un minuto a fuego medio, luego les doy la vuelta y hago el mismo proceso.
  6. Ya tenemos nuestros san jacobos de pollo listos. Los podéis acompañar de unas patatas, una ensalada o como hice yo de unos pimientos del piquillo fritos. Espero que os guste!!
