- Al sofrito incorporamos el pollo desmenuzado y mezclamos bien.
- Deshacemos la crema de champiñones en el caldo de pollo y lo añadimos a la sartén, seguido de la crema y el vino. Lo dejaremos al fuego unos 6 minutos, hasta que tome consistencia. La sopa hará que espese.


- Por último agregamos el queso en cuadritos y mezclamos hasta que se derrita, dejamos templar.

- En un molde colocamos la primera capa de masa quebrada y colocamos todo el relleno.

- Tapamos el relleno con otra capa de masa quebrada. Haremos agujeros con un tenedor y presionaremos los bordes para sellarlo. Lo horneamos unos 35 min a 190 grados centígrados y listo. Es importante dejar templar antes de servir.
